At Southside Storage, your safety is our highest priority. As a locally owned and operated business, we closely follow the instructions and guidance from the state of Indiana, Wayne County, and the city of Richmond for best business practices during the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
With that in mind, here are some updates as to how we are currently operating. This information will be updated as the situation develops.
Q: Are storage facilities open during the outbreak?
A: Yes. The executive order signed by the governor specifies that self-storage is an essential business, and may remain open as long as measures are taken to ensure customer and employee safety through social distancing.
Q: Can I still rent a unit?
A: Yes. In-person contact is not required; you can
rent a unit on this website or by calling us at 765-259-1923. If you prefer to meet in person, be assured that we will follow the best social-distancing practices and wear a mask to protect your safety.
Q: Will I be able to access my unit?
A: Yes. Your gate key will continue to allow you access to your unit anytime.
